When the client decides on what package or service fits them best, Elevated Life will invoice the client through Quickbooks. This allows for the client to pay directly online. Elevated Life is here for all customers, if something doesnt fit your needs, lets chat and find a plan that works! 

What is a CTRS?

Recreational therapy, also known as therapeutic recreation, is a systematic process that utilizes recreation and other activity-based interventions to address the assessed needs of individuals with illnesses and/or disabling conditions, as a means to psychological and physical health, recovery and well-being.  Further, "Recreational Therapy” means a treatment service designed to restore, remediate and rehabilitate a person’s level of functioning and independence in life activities, to promote health and wellness as well as reduce or eliminate the activity limitations and restrictions to participation in life situations caused by an illness or disabling condition.  Recreational therapy is not all fun and games. There is a purpose behind the activities that are specifically targeted to each patient.  When individuals are suffering from a physical injury or mental illness, they need help learning, not only how to live with their disability, but to enhance their quality of life by reducing the isolation that patients experience and helping them to participate in leisure activities. Recreational therapists (RTs) seek to reduce depression, stress and anxiety in their clients and help them build confidence and socialize in their community.  Individuals who use our services become more informed and active partners in their own health care. What is a Health and Wellness Coach?

A mentor/advocate for an individual looking to improve areas of their health. The coach is there to map out goals and collaborate with the client to create a plan that fits their needs. Through education, individualized programs, resources and support the coach will empower their client in uncovering their consistency, and strength within. Addressing the struggle, and pin point barriers a client faces to build personalized resources and strategies such as self-empathy, self-motivation, self-awareness, mindfulness, new insights and perspectives is where a coach will begin. Each week your coach will commit to your accountability and encourage you to build your best you through your social, emotional, physical and cognitive wellbeing needs! Its personal and exactly what one needs when wanting to take control of their life.

Schedule Policies and Refunds

The first 15 or 30 minute meeting is free! This is to get to know each other and share Elevated Life with you. If you have to cancel or reschedule please give at least 24 hours notice. 

• All scheduled meetings changes must be done within 48 hours notice of scheduled session or a fee of $80 will be charged. 

• Trainings, webinars, education sessions need at least 2 week notice of reschedule or a fee of $80 will be charged. 

• Once the Sales Agreement is signed, services are final sale and no refunds will be accomodated. If an emergency or life situation has occurred Elevated Life is willing to collaborate to find the best timing to move forward.

• If Elevated Life has to cancel due to illness, or emergency the session will be rescheduled and made up
